Neelu Gibson, President and Co-Founder

Recognized as a strong, results oriented executive, Neelu has enjoyed an impressive career, highlighted by obtaining multiple PMA approvals and 510(k) clearances from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and similar approvals from international regulatory agencies.

During her 20+ years with Johnson & Johnson (J&J), Neelu served on 5 management boards, holding leadership positions in Regulatory Affairs at 7 J&J companies. Neelu was most recently the Head of Regulatory Affairs for (J&J) Surgical Vision. 

Neelu has a BS in Environmental Sciences from the College of North East London located in the United Kingdom.  She is a certified Regulatory Affairs professional (RAC-US) and an active member of Device Alliance, RAPS and OCRA.  Neelu also continues to coach/mentor regulatory affairs professionals along their leadership journeys.

Robert Takashi Gibson, Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Robert is an experienced business executive with a diverse and comprehensive background including senior leadership positions in Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Six Sigma/Lean, and Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S).

Robert was previously the Vice President of Quality and EH&S for Trojan Battery Company.  Prior to this, he held executive and leadership positions with Rapiscan Systems, Hill-Rom, Johnson & Johnson, Cardinal Health and General Electric.

Robert has an MBA and BS in Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Riverside.  He also studied Aeronautical Engineering at the University of California, Davis, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Robert is a senior member with ASQ and actively participates in several professional and leadership forums.
